Doan Restoration of Arizona was built on a simple idea: Phoenix homeowners dealing with water damage deserve a restoration company that actually shows up, tells the truth, and gets the job done right the first time. Margaret Rainey founded Doan Restoration after years of watching families in the Valley get taken advantage of by out-of-town companies that rolled in after big monsoon events, overcharged, and disappeared. She wanted to build something different — a locally rooted company with real accountability to the community it serves.
Based out of Phoenix at 1950 E Watkins St, we serve homeowners and businesses across the entire metro area, including Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Arcadia, Paradise Valley, Glendale, and Peoria. Margaret personally oversees every project and is reachable by phone — not a call center, not an answering service.
